Tasting Note：A full bodied, structured red with complex layers of savory spices and meaty notes - it has the sweetness and spices of southern Rhone but the structure of the north. Deeply colored and still youthful, the wine is just reaching its peak. This Chateauneuf-du-Pape was tasted alongside the 1990 Rayas and in comparison, it was much bigger and more concentrated.
